Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing HerCreate. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

1. Who processes your payment

HerCreate sells its products through Paddle.com Market Ltd and/or Verifone (2Checkout), who act as the Merchant of Record for all orders.

This means:

  • Your purchase contract for payment is with Paddle or 2Checkout, not directly with HerCreate.
  • The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as PADDLE.NET* HERCREATE or 2CO.COM*HERCREATE, not as "HerCreate."
  • All applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST is calculated, collected, and remitted by the Merchant of Record.
  • Refunds are approved by HerCreate and processed by the Merchant of Record back to your original payment method.

If you do not recognise a charge, please check for the above descriptors before contacting your bank.

2. Eligibility for a refund

You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date. No conditions, no exceptions, no explanation required.

This applies to every product we sell:

  • Divi child themes and layout packs
  • Elementor templates, kits, and section libraries
  • WordPress plugins, block themes, and Gutenberg patterns
  • Canva templates, Figma files, and UI kits
  • Brand kits, social media sets, and icon packs
  • Guides, checklists, and ebooks
  • The Suite — Annual (first payment)
  • The Suite — Lifetime

The nature of the file makes no difference. A $9 checklist and a $449 lifetime membership carry the same guarantee.

Refund requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Subscription renewals. You have twelve full months to evaluate The Suite and cancel before renewal. A renewal reminder is sent before each billing date. Cancelling before the renewal date is your responsibility, and cancellation takes one click from your account.
  • Free products. No payment was made, so no refund is possible.
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service — for example, redistributing or reselling our files, or reselling a license key.
  • Repeat purchases. If you buy a product, receive a refund for it, and buy it again, a second refund on the same product will not be issued.

4. Cancelling The Suite

You may cancel The Suite — Annual at any time from your account, in one click. There is no cancellation form, no retention call, and no penalty.

When you cancel:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • You are not charged again.
  • Every file you downloaded while your membership was active remains yours to keep and use, under the same license terms. Cancelling only stops access to new releases and to future downloads from the library.

The Suite — Lifetime does not renew and cannot be cancelled, because there is nothing to cancel. It is a single charge.

5. What we ask (but do not require)

These are good-faith requests, not conditions of your refund:

  • Contact us first at support@hercreate.com. Most problems are a five-minute fix, and we would rather solve it than lose you.
  • Stop using the product once a refund is processed. For WordPress products, deactivate your licence key and uninstall the theme or plugin. For Canva, Figma, and other design files, delete your copies.

Your refund will not be denied for skipping either step. We extend this on trust.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@hercreate.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number or transaction ID, and the email address used at checkout.
  3. We review every request and reply within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, the Merchant of Record processes the refund to your original payment method.

You may also request a refund directly from Paddle or 2Checkout using the receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase.

7. Refund processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days by the Merchant of Record.

The funds may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. This part is outside our control and outside the control of the Merchant of Record.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Our refund policy is unconditional within 30 days, so a chargeback gains you nothing that an email would not.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact:

  • The associated license key will be deactivated.
  • Access to downloads and to your account will be suspended.
  • We may decline to sell to you in future.

If you believe a charge was fraudulent or unauthorised, contact us immediately at support@hercreate.com and we will investigate and refund without argument.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your own country. Customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights retain those rights in full, in addition to the 30-day guaranteeExit above.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase is the policy that applies to that purchase.
